Do you have a showroom where I can see the products?
One important factor in keeping product prices down is to keep costs down. By not having a showroom, we are able to offer factory prices to our customers.
Do you keep stock?
Everything we offer is made-to-order. We don't keep stock of any products.
How long until I receive my order?
It usually takes around five working days to manufacture an order. The order is then delivered via courier, which takes from one to three days. Manufacturing time can vary, depending on how busy the factory is.
Can I order a bed in extra-length?
Yes, you can. There is no additional charge for this. Please specify "extra length" in the "Notes" window when you check out, or send us an email at the same time as you place your order - firstname.lastname@example.org .
Can you make custom beds / products?
Yes, we can. However, this type of order is treated as a project, and requires more work, i.e. product design, shop drawings, material sourcing, and so on. This results in much higher costs (and selling price) than for one of the already-developed products.
Do you make day-beds?
We are in the process of developing day-bed versions of all of our beds, as well as beds more suited to small children. They will be listed on our website as soon as they are available.
What are my payment options?
You can pay by Credit Card, by EFT, or via BitCoins.
Are the payments safe?
We use a company called Payfast to process our payments. The Payfast processor is very safe and secure, and is used by thousands of on-line stores. When you process your payment, your credit card or other account details are not visible to Living Style. Once you have completed your payment, Payfast send us a message to confirm your order.
